Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase or setup process, We invite You to review our policy on cancellations and refunds below.

01. Definitions & Terms

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of singular or plural form:

Company

Refers to TheVitur LLC (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement).

Service / Goods

Refers to custom web design services, operations automation setups, hosting, or other digital assets provided by Us.

02. Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your project order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an active project contract is 14 days from the date of initial payment or registration of the service, prior to major custom development delivery.

03. Conditions for Refund

In order for the custom services or items to be eligible for a partial or full refund, please ensure that:

  • The services were purchased in the last 14 days and design work has not been fully finalized/approved.
  • The setup has not been linked to active production databases or live client-facing business tools.
